My father and uncle ran a business in Massachusetts that bought, renovated and resold homes. I worked for them remotely and put together their property acquisition packets.

That taught me how homes get evaluated and how deals get built. At the same time I was taking real estate courses at Glendale Community College.

I earned my license in 2015. Then I finished a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with an option in Real Estate, at Cal State LA.

What I like most is sitting with one client and making a complicated process make sense. Sarah and I built Rooster Homes™ around that.

My grandfather, John F. Riley, worked at our family's gas station. Everyone called him "The Rooster," because he was always the first one there in the morning to open up.

The name is a promise to show up, early and every time, for every client. Our guiding line is simple: when we serve, you succeed.
